Issue impacting Kaymbu iOS app access

Resolved

The Apple store has approved the updated version of the app, and the update is now available for all affected users to download.

The previously released version included support for urgent app updates, which are not supported by some older versions of iOS, and this caused the access issue. We will make sure this does not happen again.

Investigating

Some users are experiencing difficulty accessing the iOS app. Our team is currently investigating this issue. Users who encounter this issue should use the web portal for now, and we will provide updates and a timeline as those become available.
