Our team has released a mandatory update to resolve the issue for family members receiving the error message. This version is iOS 3.7.2.2-141.

Problem Identified

Some family members are receiving an error when trying to access their content on the Kaymbu for Families app. The issue has been identified and will be resolved in about one hour. Educators should continue sharing content as usual; everything will be accessible to families once our team has completed the fix.
