UPDATE: Our downstream service provider is still experiencing issues that are causing service disruptions for some customers. They have told us that it will be still be a few hours before the situation is resolved. We will continue to send updates as they are made available to us.
Please note: Any users currently logged into the app can still capture and edit drafts (photos, videos, anecdotes) at this time. These drafts will be able to be published once the system is back up and running.
